    • Why do I need to select an encoding type when restoring an Orbits 4 backup in Orbits 5?

    • When restoring a backup you will be asked which encoding was used when you created a backup in Orbits 4. The encoding is the language pack that was used for creating the backup. Orbits 5 is UTF8 compatible. To restore the characters correctly the encoding needs to be selected. When you create a backup in Orbits 5 and restore this, it will open as you were used to.
