    • How do I register a transponder to my account?

    • After logging in, you can connect your transponder in the " Your Products" menu in you account settings.

      You can enter the profile menu by selecting your name in the top-right corner, than press ‘ Settings’.

      You can add your transponder under ‘ Your products’.

    • Where can I create an account to mylaps.com?

    • You can create an account on the following page:

      https://account.mylaps.com/account/registration/new

      To create an account you need an e-mail address.

      Please note that the password requires at least 6 characters with at least 1 capital letter, 1 small letter and 1 number.

    • I can't see my practice results on the site?

    • To see your results on the MYLAPS Practice site you need to have an account on MYLAPS.com and a transponder registered to it.

      If you do not have an account yet but would like to see your practice results, visit the old practice environment: practice.mylaps.com.

    • I have not received an email to activate my new account?

    • When activating a new account, you will receive an activation email. It is possible that this email is received in your spam or junk folder.

      If you have not received an email at all, please contact MYLAPS Support.

    • I have not received a verification email after upgrading my account?

    • When upgrading your old account, you will receive a mail in your inbox to verify your email address. It is possible that this email is received in your spam or junk folder.

    • I forgot my password, how can I retrieve my password?

    • If you cannot remember your username or password, you can use our resend login-information page to retrieve your account information. Enter your e-mail address and press the "New password" button. You will receive an e-mail with the account information linked to this e-mail address.

      When the e-mail address in your account is not in use by you anymore, please fill out the contact form. Please state your name, transponder number, old e-mail address and new e-mail address so we will be able to change this for you.

    • How can I change my name in my MYLAPS account?

    • Can I use my MYLAPS transponder on another manufacturer’s timing system?

    • MYLAPS transponders are not compatible with any competing system.

    • Is it possible to see all my results when I race with different organizations?

    • As long as the organization uses MYLAPS timing equipment and uploads the results to MYLAPS.com you will be able to see all your results. All your results will show in your personal MYLAPS account making them easy to find, no matter what organization you had a race with.

    • What do I need to do when my result is incorrect?

    • The results are created and uploaded by your race organization. If your results are incorrect you should contact the race organization to correct this and re-upload the results to www.mylaps.com

    • How can I change my name in race results?

    • Race results are uploaded by the event organisation or the timekeeping company at the track. When your name shows wrong in the results you will need to contact the organisation or timekeeper to have this changed. They are responsible for the uploaded information, MYLAPS is not able to change this information.

    • How can I find my latest race results on the MYLAPS website?

    • You can find your results in your sports and country section on www.mylaps.com. Race results are uploaded to mylaps.com by your race organization. If your results are not on the MYLAPS website, please contact your race organization why the results are not online yet.

      When you used your personal MYLAPS transponder, you will be able to easily find your latest results in your MYLAPS account.

    • How long do the results stay on the MYLAPS website?

    • As long as Mylaps.com exists the results will be available. Keep in mind that when you sell your transponder and the new owner re-registers the transponder, all the historical results will be disconnected from your account.
