    • No, the ProChip FLEX is not rechargable. In the ProChip FLEX Manager you can see the status of the battery in your ProChip FLEX.

    • Make sure you have installed the ProChip FLEX manager software and not the Motorized FLEX manager

      Also make sure you first install the ProChip FLEX manager software before inserting the ProChip FLEX in your PC

    • How do I know my ProChip FLEX transponder has a valid subscription?

    • There are 2 methods:

      1. Place the transponder on a still surface for 10 seconds, then pick up the transponder and shake for 10 seconds. You will see 2 blinks, the first blink indicates the subscription status. Red means Inactive and Green means the transponder is Active
      2. Start ProChip FLEX manager software and insert the ProChip FLEX transponder. You can see your subscription status in the lower left part of the screen

    • How do I know if my ProChip FLEX transponder will work during the race?

    • You can check the status of your ProChip FLEX transponder by holding it over a ProChip decoder loop. The LED on the ProChip FLEX transponder will blink once when it is activated by the ProChip decoder loop. A red LED indicates the transponder has a Low Battery. A green LED indicates the battery is ok.

      If you see no LED blinking either your subscription has ended or the ProChip loop is malfunctioning.

    • My ProChip FLEX manager software cannot connect to my ProChip FLEX transponder.

    • Please disconnect the ProChip FLEX transponder and reconnect after 10 seconds. Make sure the green LED is blinking 1x per second when the ProChip is inserted in the USB connector. If this does not work, please restart the ProChip FLEX manager

    • My ProChip is lost / stolen, what should I do?

    • A lost or stolen ProChip is not covered by the MYLAPS warranty agreement. You will need to buy new ProChip. MYLAPS is not able to block your ProChip. When you have registered your ProChip under your account, all activities done with this ProChip will be registered under your account. This may help you track the ProChip.

    • I don't have a credit card, how can I order from the webshop?

    • Without a credit card a you can't buy in the MYLAPS webshop. If you don't have a credit card yourself, please ask someone in your neighbourhood to help you out or contact MYLAPS for your options.

    • How do I register a second hand ProChip?

    • All owners of a MYLAPS ProChip can create a MYLAPS account to view personal race and / or practice results. Due to privacy regulations it is not possible to register a ProChip that has already been registered. To be able to register a second hand ProChip it needs to be unregistered from previous owner's account. Please visit the used transponder section for further instructions.

    • How do I register a ProChip?

    • All owners of a MYLAPS ProChip or transponder can create a MYLAPS account to view personal race and or practice results. Log in into your account or sign up for an account.

      When you are logged in go to settings. In the tab "Your Products" you can add your Prochip or Transponder.

      When you try to register a used transponder, please also check "How can I register a second hand ProChip?"

    • Can I register multiple ProChips in my account?

    • Yes, there is no limit to the number of chips and transponders you can register in your account.

      When you are logged in into your account go to "settings". In the tab "Your Products" you can register multiple Transponders and ProChips.

    • I forgot my password, how can I retrieve my password?

    • If you cannot remember your username or password, you can use our resend login-information page to retrieve your account information. Enter your e-mail address and press the "New password" button. You will receive an e-mail with the account information linked to this e-mail address.

      When the e-mail address in your account is not in use by you anymore, please contact us via info@mylaps.com. Please state your name, transponder number, old e-mail address and new e-mail address so we will be able to change this for you.

    • Is it possible to see all my results when I race with different organizations?

    • As long as the organization uses MYLAPS timing equipment and uploads the results to MYLAPS.com you will be able to see all your results. All your results will show in your personal MYLAPS account making them easy to find, no matter what organization you had a race with.

    • What do I need to do when my result is incorrect?

    • The results are created and uploaded by your race organization. If your results are incorrect you should contact the race organization to correct this and re-upload the results to www.mylaps.com

    • How can I change my name in race results?

    • Race results are uploaded by the event organisation or the timekeeping company at the track. When your name shows wrong in the results you will need to contact the organisation or timekeeper to have this changed. They are responsible for the uploaded information, MYLAPS is not able to change this information.

    • How can I find my latest race results on the MYLAPS website?

    • You can find your results in your sports and country section on www.mylaps.com. Race results are uploaded to mylaps.com by your race organization. If your results are not on the MYLAPS website, please contact your race organization why the results are not online yet.

      When you used your personal MYLAPS transponder, you will be able to easily find your latest results in your MYLAPS account.

    • How long do the results stay on the MYLAPS website?

    • As long as Mylaps.com exists the results will be available. Keep in mind that when you sell your transponder and the new owner re-registers the transponder, all the historical results will be disconnected from your account.

    • Can MYLAPS help me find my missing Prochip?

    • MYLAPS cannot track your stolen or missing ProChip. You can do that yourself by regularly logging into your account and see if it has been used by somebody else.
